Terms of Service

Who provides the service

FastWeb is operated by Duplika (DUPLIKA INTERNET SOLUTIONS). Our address is Zapata 272, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, CP 1426. Contact [email protected] for service, billing, cancellation or privacy questions.

These terms describe services ordered through FastWeb. Read them together with your order or accepted proposal, our Refunds & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. These pages do not retroactively remove a guarantee or other right included in an existing order.

Agreeing on the work

The service description and any written proposal identify the work you are purchasing. We confirm relevant access, scope and scheduling before starting. A large store, membership site, major existing fault or extensive custom development may require a separate assessment and quote.

Please provide accurate information and ensure that you are authorized to instruct work on the website and accept the order for the person or business concerned. Changes outside the agreed scope require agreement on the additional work and price.

One-time services

Speed optimization is a one-time review and agreed improvement project. It may include diagnosis, suitable changes, checks of agreed functions and a summary of results. Repair and website development are scoped according to the issue or project.

A particular performance score, search position, sales result or outcome dependent on a third party is not guaranteed unless expressly included in a written agreement. This does not remove our responsibility to perform the work we agreed to provide.

Monthly WordPress maintenance

The maintenance plan covers routine WordPress updates, daily external backups through WP Umbrella, site-health monitoring and practical support within the arrangements agreed during onboarding. Compatibility and existing issues are reviewed before ongoing care begins.

Major pre-existing faults, malware cleanup, a full speed optimization project, redesign, new features and extensive custom development require separate scope unless expressly included. Daily backups may not be sufficient for a site with frequent new orders or other changing data; discuss a suitable schedule during onboarding.

Monitoring does not by itself promise immediate human intervention, uninterrupted operation or a fixed response or repair time. Any specific support hours, response commitments and included licenses must be agreed for your plan.

Prices, payment and renewal

The price, currency, applicable charges and billing frequency are displayed with your order before payment. FastWeb’s current checkout uses US dollars. One-time services are billed as one-time purchases. Maintenance is a monthly subscription that renews and is charged each month until cancelled.

The current maintenance offer has no separate setup fee. Additional work or a new charge requires disclosure and agreement. If a payment fails or access is unavailable, we will contact you about resolving the issue and any effect on delivery; paid-for work and mandatory rights remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Any future price or material plan change will be communicated before it applies to a renewal, so you can decide whether to continue. An agreed change will not increase the price of a period already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

You can request maintenance cancellation at any time by emailing [email protected]. See the Refunds & Cancellation Policy for the end-of-period cancellation rule, refund exclusions and mandatory legal rights.

Your website, access and third-party services

You remain responsible for your content, licenses, lawful use of the website and the instructions you give us. Provide the access needed for agreed work and tell us about important workflows, restrictions and changes made by other parties. Keep control of your own accounts and a recovery method appropriate to your business.

We use only the access authorized for the agreed service. Hosting, plugins, themes, payment gateways and other third-party products remain subject to their own terms and technical limits. We will explain relevant limitations we identify and seek agreement before work outside scope.

Content, ownership and confidentiality

You retain rights in your existing content and materials. Ownership or licensing of custom deliverables, source files and third-party components will be stated in the project proposal where relevant. Buying a service does not transfer ownership of third-party software or FastWeb’s existing materials.

Project information and access details should be used only for delivering and administering the agreed work, subject to applicable legal obligations and the Privacy Policy. Publication of a customer’s confidential information or use of their project as a case study requires separate permission.

Problems, remedies and applicable law

If something is wrong with the service, contact [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review it and discuss the appropriate correction, refund or other remedy available under the agreement or applicable law.

Argentine law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you elsewhere. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute is subject to the courts or other bodies competent under applicable law; these terms do not remove a consumer’s mandatory choice of forum.

Updates

We may revise these terms for future orders or renewals with appropriate notice. The terms and specific commitments applicable to an existing order are not replaced retroactively merely by updating this page.
