WORDPRESS CARE
WordPress maintenance services. Less on your to-do list.
Keep updates, daily external backups and site health in hand. Our monthly WordPress care plan brings routine upkeep and practical support together, with onboarding and support arrangements agreed for your site.
21 years of hosting and WordPress troubleshooting experience.
WHAT WE WORK ON
The routine care your WordPress website needs.
A care plan works best when responsibilities are clear. These are the core parts of the monthly service, with your site’s setup reviewed before routine care starts.
UPDATES
Managed updates
WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, with a recovery point and checks around the site’s important functions.
BACKUPS
Daily external backups
Daily backups through WP Umbrella, stored separately from your hosting, with help recovering the site when needed.
MONITORING
Site health monitoring
Monitoring for availability and technical issues, followed by investigation when the site shows signs that it needs attention.
SUPPORT
Practical WordPress help
Guidance on faults and suitable tools. We agree on support arrangements and any included licenses during onboarding.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Ongoing care, with clear boundaries.
What the monthly plan covers
- Routine managed updates and checks.
- Daily external backups via WP Umbrella.
- Monitoring and help with site health.
- Care on compatible hosting, including other providers.
What needs a separate scope
- A major speed optimization project.
- New features, a redesign or extensive custom development.
- Malware cleanup or a major fault that already exists.
- More frequent backups for a busy store or changing data.
Daily backups support routine recovery. If losing hours of new orders would be a problem, tell us during onboarding so we can discuss a more frequent backup schedule.
HOW IT WORKS
Start with a careful onboarding review.
01
Review your setup
Check hosting access, compatibility, existing faults and the functions your business depends on.
02
Set up protection
Verify external backups and monitoring, then agree on update and support arrangements.
03
Maintain and explain
Handle routine care, check important functions and flag work that needs its own scope.
A CLOSER LOOK
When your website needs attention.
Monitoring and backups are useful when there is a clear next step. We assess the issue under your agreed support arrangements.
An update conflict
Review the affected function and recovery point, then assess a safe rollback or repair before changing more.
An availability alert
Investigate the cause of the warning or outage and explain the next step under the support arrangement.
A security concern
Assess the site’s condition and available backups. Major malware cleanup is scoped as a separate repair.
Automated monitoring does not imply an immediate human response or a guaranteed repair time. Response arrangements are agreed before care begins.
BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
WordPress maintenance questions.
Have a different question? Tell us about your website and what you need.
How much does WordPress maintenance cost?
The current care plan is US$50 per month. Review the order page for the current plan and billing details. Major repairs, development and additional work are scoped separately.
Can you maintain a site hosted elsewhere?
Yes. We review hosting access and compatibility during onboarding so we know how to maintain and back up the installation.
How often are backups made?
The plan includes daily external backups. A busy WooCommerce store or membership site may need a more frequent schedule, which we discuss separately.
Can you look after a WooCommerce store?
We can assess your store for ongoing care. Tell us about order volume, integrations and backup requirements before ordering so we can confirm a suitable scope.
Does monitoring mean instant repairs?
Monitoring can run continuously, but this page does not promise an immediate response or fixed repair time. We agree on support arrangements during onboarding.
Are optimization and development included?
Routine care can reveal performance issues, but a major optimization project, new feature or redesign needs its own scope.
