Who is responsible for your information?
FastWeb (fastweb.io) is operated by Duplika (DUPLIKA INTERNET SOLUTIONS), in Argentina. Our business address is Zapata 272, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, CP 1426.

Information we collect
- Contact and project information: your name, email, subject, message, website address and other details you choose to provide. Quote requests may include requirements, budget, intended audience and project size.
- Service materials: files you upload and website access or technical information provided for agreed work. Please share only what is needed, avoid sensitive personal information, and request an appropriate method for sharing access credentials.
- Order and account information: customer and billing details, purchased services, transaction references, payment status and subscription records. The checkout may create an account for managing your purchases.
- Website activity: technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral information, approximate location, interaction times and cookie or similar identifiers. The information collected depends on the tools and settings in use.
Why we use it
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, assess and deliver agreed services, manage accounts and billing, maintain and protect the website, investigate problems, keep necessary business records, and understand how visitors use FastWeb. Information needed to handle an inquiry or order may be required to provide that service.
The basis for processing depends on the purpose and applicable law, including steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations and consent where required. You may contact us about the basis applicable to your information.
Analytics and cookies
FastWeb uses Google Analytics 4 through Cloudflare Zaraz to understand visits and interactions. This can involve usage data and identifiers. We measure accepted contact-form submissions and WhatsApp link clicks; the custom events for those actions do not include your name, email address or message text. See how Google uses information from sites using its services.
The site also uses cookies or similar storage for functions such as account access, cart operation, security and remembering your color preference. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect these functions. Browser cookie controls alone do not necessarily stop every form of analytics processing.
For questions about analytics information associated with you, or to exercise your privacy rights, contact [email protected]. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. A privacy request does not automatically change the browser settings on your devices.
Who receives information
Information is handled by Duplika and providers involved in operating FastWeb or delivering the requested service. These include infrastructure and communications providers; Cloudflare for website delivery, security and Zaraz; Google for analytics; and the payment provider selected at checkout. FastWeb’s current checkout offers PayPal, which processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain the order and transaction information needed to manage the service.
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation also uses WhatsApp’s service and privacy practices. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or necessary to handle a legal claim.
Our providers may process information outside Argentina, including in the United States and Europe, depending on the service. Processing locations and provider protections are described in the relevant notices: Cloudflare, Google, PayPal and WP Umbrella. Contact us for information about the providers and international processing relevant to your service. Different data-protection laws may apply in other countries.
Client websites and backups
During maintenance or project work, we may access information held on your website and create or manage backups as part of the agreed service. The maintenance plan uses WP Umbrella for external backups. Your business remains responsible for deciding why it collects its own visitors’ or customers’ information. The scope, instructions, access permissions and any required data-processing terms for our work should be agreed during onboarding.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the purpose for which it was collected, an active service relationship, relevant accounting or legal obligations, or an unresolved dispute. We assess retention according to the type of record, its business purpose, applicable requirements and whether it is still needed. Different periods can apply to inquiries, invoices, analytics, technical logs and backups.
You may ask us about the retention of a particular record or request deletion at [email protected]. If information must be retained, we will explain the reason. Copies in backups may remain until the relevant backup cycle expires; ending a service does not necessarily delete all business records immediately.
No online system can promise absolute security. Please protect your account details, use the access-sharing method agreed with us, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your rights and requests
You can contact [email protected] to request access to, correction, updating or deletion of your personal information, to ask about its use, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity without requesting more information than necessary. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it; we will explain any applicable limitation.
Where Argentine law applies, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) is the relevant supervisory authority. You can learn about your rights and complaint routes on the AAIP website. Rights available under other applicable laws are not limited by this policy.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when FastWeb’s data practices change and show the effective date. Where required, we will provide an additional notice or request consent for a new use.
