Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated: September 27, 2026

For all cancellation, refund and billing requests, email [email protected]. Include the email used for your order and the order or subscription reference if available. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

One-time work

Our commercial policy does not offer discretionary refunds for one-time work, including optimization, repair and development services. Please review the agreed scope before ordering and contact us first if your site needs a tailored assessment.

This policy does not remove mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other rights, or remedies where we fail to provide the agreed service. If there is a delivery or billing problem, contact us so we can review it.

Maintenance: cancel at any time

Maintenance renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; you do not need to give a reason.

Cancellation stops future renewals and care continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Send the request before the next renewal if you do not want another month. The request is effective when received, rather than when we reply; we will confirm the final service date and any billing adjustment.

If a renewal is charged after a cancellation request was received before that renewal, we will reverse that renewal charge. Cancelling maintenance does not transfer your hosting or cancel an independently purchased domain, plugin or other third-party service.

Maintenance refunds

Our commercial policy does not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a paid maintenance month. The fee covers the agreed care for that period, including onboarding and setup when you first join. This exclusion is subject to mandatory legal rights and any remedy due for a service we fail to provide.

If our onboarding review finds that we cannot provide the purchased maintenance service, we will cancel the plan and return that initial payment rather than charge for an unsuitable service.

At the end of the paid period, routine updates, monitoring, managed backups and plan-provided access or licenses end unless we agree otherwise. Before then, we should confirm any handover and backup/export arrangements relevant to your site. Ask us about retention rather than assuming backup copies will remain available after the plan ends.

Consumer rights take priority

These commercial rules do not waive any mandatory rights. Where Argentine consumer law applies to a distance contract, the statutory withdrawal right generally allows cancellation within ten calendar days, calculated under the applicable law and subject only to lawful exceptions. Other mandatory rights may apply in your location or circumstances.

To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, notify us at [email protected]. We do not treat starting work or accepting these terms as an automatic waiver of a right that cannot be waived. See Argentina’s official consumer-contract guidance.

Refund handling

Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and how it will be returned, normally through the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to display it. We do not apply a fee deduction to a legally required refund unless permitted by the applicable law.

These rules apply to FastWeb orders placed under this policy. They do not remove a refund guarantee or other more favorable commitment already made with an existing purchase.
