How It Works

Once activated, you can access the ticket dashboard from Fluent Support’s Dashboard section. Tickets are managed through the Tickets tab.

Ticket activity statistics and their statuses are displayed in the Reports section. The collected data is presented as graphs. As shown in the screenshot below, there are separate tabs for personal reports and agent reports.

The Activities tab allows you to track general ticket-related activities performed by your support agents. Here, you’ll find a timeline detailing who created, responded to, or closed each ticket.

To speed up your workflow, you can create saved responses through the Saved Replies section.
